This Guide is called to approach ways, forms and Rules governing the relations in the course of registration and in the course of proceeding concerning the disputes about the legitimacy of registration of domain names in the top-level domain .eu. It is the first bilingual publication in the market with legal literature dealing with this problem in a novel concept resulting from not only a theoretical knowledge of the problem, but also it is a vital and reactive book, in which the reader – user or the holder of a domain name, or applicant for the registration of such name can find answers on some practical and complicated problems in the relations of .eu domain names, for example towards the holders of trademarks or towards the persons using trade names or other names. For facilitation and making it accessible for users it contains references to the original materials dealing with the above mentioned matters, which are attached as Annexes in Czech and English language. Also, some useful forms are attached, by means of which through usage of web sites and online services the reader and user can, among others, register his internet domain in the TLD .eu, but also effectively defend against an unauthorized registration threatening his interests. |
